I've just about finished with the magazines but it has triggered one of those situations where you can't finish one thing without doing another. Until I clean out some of the books in the bedroom, I can't put away the books that I have to remove from the living room bookshelves to make room for the magazines. But all the magazines have been catalogued except a small stack of Miniature Showcase magazines.
Did take a bit of a break to go to lunch and Dollarama with Joanne. Hadn't really planned on buying anything at Dollarama - until I spotted some great headbands.
These come in quite a few different styles/shapes. This particular one also comes in black and gold.
Here it is with the elastic cut off and laying flat.
I actually got it to use as tiles around the bathtub in the Bombay house. (It's just taped loosely in place here to show you what it will look like.
There's also a shower in that bathroom and I'm thinking I might tile around the bottom of the shower - but then again I might not. LOL
I think this is an awesome idea! I love the beaded headband and think it would look good on the bottom part of the shower too. You were lucky to find it. I am on the look out for something like that too.
